I have a complete front suspension, but not any extra, individual parts. That probably doesn't help you any, but you can also buy a brand new one for $19 at Moss.

That cheap? Wow - I didn't even price them. I'd rather recycle and use an existing one but for only $19 that is pretty compelling.

Does discovering the a-arm was bent give me a hall pass on not finishing the building up the suspension today?

If you're asking me, then you're talking to the guy who spent an entire season trying to get the same job done. You don't need a hall pass around here!

But wouldn't a bent A-arm fit nicely over a concrete block?
Assuming it's bent in the correct plane and direction.
In baseball, running into someone is apparently a "collision".
But doing the same thing in a car somehow makes it an "accident".

Too much wax on it to fit properly...

I sure hope you mean on the A-arm.
Concrete is so porous that it takes loads of wax to get a proper coating on it.
And don't ever use the same applicator on a painted surface afterwards.
