Anyone know what the speedometer size is for the following cars?

- Triumph GT-6
- Triumph Spitfire
- Lotus Elan
- Jaguar XKE
- Jaguar 3.8

You should have asked about a week ago, I gave away all my parts catalogs with the Elan when I sold it.

I think it is 80mm though

Hi Steve,
The XKE, and 3.8 Jaguar speedos are approximately 5" in diameter.

Thanks gents. Looking for exact size if possible. Malcolm, early MGB is 100mm. Do you know if the Jag gauges are the same size or larger than MGB?

Hi Steve,
The Jaguar speedometer is 127mm diameter to the outside edges of the bezel, and the bezel is about 4mm thick to the body. Early MGB spedometers are 104mm diameter to the outside edges of the bezel.

Sorry, I had a brain malfunction, early MGB is 100mm, not 120. Thanks Malcolm, the Jag info helps.
