It was a matter of time versus numerous small issues. The car had to be at a photo shoot, driven by the wife, in two days and the front end was still all apart. I was having to call around looking for used fittings and such, and then I got hit by a big enough snag that I reverted the whole system back to drums. The welded tab where the brake pipes meet the hoses was a few inches off from where it needed to be for the disc brake hoses to meet it. With no time to move the mount and install longer hard lines, I called it quits.

Ah - got it.

I can weld that tab for you if you haven't already done it, or don't want to mess with it.

( sorry if you are already an ace welder, just thought I'd offer)

I considered moving it, but instead I may just fashion an adapter to allow the hose to reach it. Much easier than replacing hard lines, welding and painting, etc.

PS... I'm not an ace welder but I've done a fair share of mig.
