MG-TD Wheel Stud Pattern

Post by Larry Kluss »

I hope someone here can provide a definitive answer to this for me. We have a modified MG-TD in the shop that appears to have stock front suspension and drum brakes. It has a 5-lug wheel stud pattern. Online information seems to be sketchy.

I want to know what the stock pattern is and the stud size/thread, so we can verify whether this car is stock of not?

From everything I can tell, the suspension itself is original.

Thanks,
Larry

5-stud, 1/2" thread. Bolt pattern appears to be 6.25".

Do you want to borrow a stock TD front suspension and brakes? I have piles of that stuff here.

Thanks, Steve. I might want to look at your stock parts to compare to what we have here.

Will you be home late this afternoon, today?
