TR-3/4 Issue
I have a TR-3 with a TR-4 engine here in the garage and the upper radiator hose is rubbing on the bonnet catch spring. I assume there is more clearance with the TR-3 engine, but has anyone run across this issue before and solved it? A different hose shape, etc?

Re: TR-3/4 Issue
I have nearly no Triumph experience but this is what I would do based on what I can see.
I would bend up a small strip of metal that would go around the spring box.
Then the hose would only be contacting against a smooth surface.
Then, I would add some form of lubricant that is safe for the hose, like petroleum jelly.
