The front wings (fenders) travel and turn with the wheel, so they can be mounted super close to the tire.

It is not a super Seven it is a Westfield 7 which is a clone. Caterham owns the name Super Seven.

Steve is correct about the wings (fender) mounted to the wheel assembly, actually the axle hub assy.
Here is a photo of the way I mounted my fenders on the 7 clone I built.

I’m old lowered bus that didn’t have problems keeping up or passing traffic.

Certainly an unusual tow vehicle. The guy who owns it is a custom car builder in Camarillo and a customer of ours.
