no... we went to some hole on the wall on big tujunga canyon rd

apparently the place we went to is popular with the local Norton bikers

I'm not familiar with anything on Big Tujunga until you get down into the city. You sure it wasn't on Angeles Forest? Hidden Springs Cafe maybe? That place is worth a stop too, if you're hungry.

Actually, you're right. I cross eyed from hunger by the time we got there. The food was good. I found humor in their menu... "We have no stinking fries" and their "Nearly Famous Chili" :P

We did end up going past the Ranch later in the day, twice as a matter of fact. It looked like a popular hang out. Looking back, I think we should have stopped on at the Ranch on the way back for drinks. I was parched on the return trip.
