Dean, there's a "construction line" which I think describes the trade perfectly;
"I cut it twice, and it's still too short".

Tree comes down tomorrow. Footings and grading should be done in about a week and a half, then concrete comes in. Lots and lots of it.

As big as I can get away with! It should be around 1,475 sq. ft.

The hole got bigger so we brought in experts to figure out where the hole is coming from. It even swallowed an 80-foot tree!

I think the bar, bar stools and picture window should be on the far end so we can admire the sunset while Steve works on his cars. Hopefully he won't disturb us.

I second that! Be sure to include a dedicated outlet for the fridge...so it's to code.
