VARA at Las Vegas outside road course 12-13-14 October

VARA (Vintage Auto Racing Assn) presents the Porsche-Datsun Challenge at Las Vegas Motor Speedway outside 2.5 mile road course on Friday , Sat and Sunday 12-13-14 October.

The connection is that there are also a lot of British cars in the other run groups. Thu usual array of A's, B's, Spits', TR's, ElVa's, Spridgets, FF and CF's and other open wheel cars and even a Ginetta or two left over from our Ginetta Reunion a few weeks ago.

Camping allowed (free). Parking (free). $10 per person for all three days (almost free). Friday is a test day. Race groups Sat and Sun. just across the highway next to the large inside oval track and across the hiway from Nellis Air Force Base. Whenever we are there , their is always a great air show with all the jets practice take-off landings in their rocket ships. Reach up and almost touch them...and noisy. more info at vararacing.com
