RE: 1966 MGB-GT For Sale

Hello,

A few people have asked if a "GT" is worth $8,500, well, maybe, if I find the same kind of person like myself who thinks the aggressive, sexy look of the GT is a great ride for the money.

But in order to appease the GT naysayers, and for this MG forum exclusively, I am putting the price at....
$7,900, and including a Weber manifold and 32/36 Weber carburetor, [the car has twin SU's].

Please call if interested: 805.641.3341

In a couple of weeks I will list the car on the great, evil, eBay and see what happens!

Thanks,

James Ritchie
All the Best,

GTs are typically worth slightly less than roadsters, but the difference between the two in market values has dropped drastically in recent years as people discover what great cars the MGB GT is. It was sort of an insider secret for the longest time. I bought my current BGT about six years ago for pennies compared to what it would sell for today. In fact, after tens of thousands of miles in daily use, it's still worth more now than when I bought it.
