Old 175/65R14 tires for cheap

Post by Jimmy »

Anybody want a set of five Pirelli P6000s?
There are only a few thousand miles on four of them, and the spare's never been on the ground.
Come get them for $20 - IF YOU DON'T MIND DRIVING ON TIRES MADE IN 1997.
Yes, they're OLD - which is why I replaced them. But they'd still be useful for rolling a project around on in the yard.
In baseball, running into someone is apparently a "collision".
But doing the same thing in a car somehow makes it an "accident".

Okay, I decided to rephrase this "ad" a bit, making it more mainstream - the way most people would write it.

"Bargain! For sale, a set of five 175/65R14 tires with very low miles. 99% tread, like new. Only $20!!"

Well, obviously it's still the same set of tires that I think are way too old to risk driving on, but I figured that by wording it differently, maybe now somebody would actually want them.
More importantly, I need the money to buy more wheel balancing weights.
